WEST AFRICA NIGERIA MEAT PIE
MAKES 20 (more or less depending on size)
Nigerian meat pie is a fulfilling tasty snack which you can have anytime of the day. I usually cook mine in big batches as I used to sell this commercially for weddings or family gatherings. You can reduce the amounts of ingredients proportionately for cooking a smaller batch.

VEGETABLES (OPTIONAL)( These add bulk to the filling, if you do not prefer to add any vegetables, then you will need to increase the amount of ground meat used above)

MEANWHILE, PREPARE THE MEAT FILLING.

More information & tips
1) You can freeze the meat pies for upto a month. To eat, heat up in a microwave for about 2-3 minutes (depending on microwave power). Leave for 1 minute before eating. Make sure the food is pipping hot before eating. Do not re-freeze after thawing!
