EAST AFRICAN PUMPKIN IN COCONUT MILK (SWEET VERSION)
Pumpkin cooked in coconut milk, also known as 'Matango ya nazi' in Swahili language (Kenya) or 'Maboga ya nazi' (Tanzania) is another famous Swahili delicacy in the coastal regions. It is usually served during Ramadhan as a dish in itself, or as part of a meal or even as a dessert. So versatile and always works a treat!
