This is a popular West African dish and is called by so many different names depending on the country and region you come from (you might recognize the names palava, palaver, plasas, kontomire, nkontomire etc). It also has a thousand and one variations depending on what, and the quantity of what is added.
Needless to say the recipe can be so varied not just between countries, but also among neighbours within same regions!
The only certain thing that can be safely said about this dish is: it contains some sort of fish, some sort of greens and egg/s!
