GRILLED BEEF LIVER ON SKEWERS/MISHKAKI YA MAINI
Mishkaki (singular: Mshkaki) is a delicacy, East African grilled meat on skewers, usually served in the evening as a street food. The meat of choice is usually beef but sometimes you get livers (chicken or beef/lamb liver) grilled as well. It is usually cooked over charcoal similar to barbecue, a delicious street food that has found its way from the streets and into our home.
