This chicken is best barbecue/cooked in a tandoori (to get a smoky flavour) or under an open fire to get the authentic burnt spots, but you can also cook in a hot oven.
1) To avoid the chicken producing a lot of stock/liquid in the oven, make sure you are using the highest possible temperature. Make sure the oven is very hot before adding the chicken.
