MEAT IN A TOMATO & VINEGAR SAUCE
Meat in a tomato & vinegar sauce base is another recipe that tingles your taste buds. Also known as 'Nyama ya siki or rosti ya nyama ya siki' which is another favorite recipe cooked and handed down from my great grand mother. Serve as part of a meal with rice or chapati, any day or for anyone.

1) You can add more vinegar if you like it 'vinegary' strong!
2) Variations: you can add sliced carrots, bell peppers to the recipe.
3) The time it takes to cook the meat will depend on the type and cut of meat used (some take longer than others).as well as personal preference ( some like their meat with a bite while others would like it to fall off the bone). Adjust the water content accordingly.
4) This recipe is well suited for the cheaper cuts of meats.
