Kidney curry commonly known as 'Rojo/rosti la mafigo' is a Swahili delicacy in East Africa.
Usually served with chapati or mahamri but you can serve it with any main meal. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

1) You can substitute the lime with tamarind paste for a slightly different flavor.
2) If you do not like the strong smell and strong kidney flavour, pre- soak the kidney pieces in water (with a little lime juice of vinegar) for about 2 hours.Drain before cooking.
